PARTY TIME!!!
6:30pm-11pm
Join us for cocktail hour, seated dinner + awards, and dancing on the Clubhouse Main Floor.
Format
Day 1 : Scramble
Our tournament will kick off with a scramble. All players will hit from the tee. The team then collectively chooses the best shot. Each player will play their next shot from the selected spot, continuing the process until the ball is holed. Teams will record a single team score per hole.
Day 2: Best Ball
Each player will play their own ball throughout the entire hole. After all players have completed the hole, the team will record the lowest score(s). Depending on your flight, your team will record 1 or 2 best scores from each hole.
Tee Times
Our tournament will be a double shotgun with tee times at 8am and 1:30pm daily. Each flight will have alternating starts. For example, flight 1 will play the AM shotgun on day 1 and the PM shotgun on day 2. Flights will be announced the week of June 9th so you can plan for your tee times.) but in this format (attached - each photo is day 1 and then day 2, tee time info can be under).
Rules & Scoring
Pace & Flow
1
• Target 4 hours or simply stay with the group ahead of you.
• Pre-prepare for your shot: walk to your own ball, select club, and read putts while your playing partners are hitting.
• As you approach the green, place your bag/cart on the way to the next tee.
Course care: divots • bunkers • greens
2
Divots: replace the turf first (if intact); supplement with sand as needed. Avoid taking divots on practice swings.
• Bunkers: enter/exit at the low point of the bunker; rake after play; tap sand off shoes on exit to avoid dragging sand onto the greens.
• Place rakes perpendicular to the hole direction, half-in/half-out of the sand.
• Ball marks: don’t lift the center—work the edges in so it’s green/flat (not a crater). Ideally, fix your own plus 1 additional mark.
• Broken tees: don’t leave them on the teebox
Carts & traffic patterns
3
• Keep carts 30 yards from greens
• Carts are geofenced and will only work in reverse if driven in an improper area.
• If it’s wet, go slow and avoid hills
• Enter fairways and scatter—don’t put grooves on one track.
• No carts in native areas or automobile roads.
